All duplicate accounts and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pubg2pubg will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

Prior to your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter that pubg2pubg reasonably requires — you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. The Platform's primary operating currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal figures are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR upon crediting.
Withdrawals may only be processed from your Real Money Balance. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Your account must be KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable promotion page, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. pubg2pubg shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.
pubg2pubg shall not be liable for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, cryptocurrency networks, or telecommunications providers — including but not limited to delayed transaction confirmations from Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or blockchain network providers.
Nothing in this clause limits pubg2pubg's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
